How It Works
On Video, Document, and Purchase search pages, Admin users have access to an expanded Territory filter. In addition to searching within your own territory, you can select one or more teammates' territories to include in your search.
This means you can run a single search that covers multiple reps' markets simultaneously - useful for reviewing activity across a region, filling in for a teammate, or getting a full picture of what's happening across your organization.
How to Use It
- From the Search page, select Videos, Documents, or Purchases from the dropdown
- Scroll to the Territory section of the filters
- Click the Search these territories dropdown
- Select one or more teammates whose territories you want to include in your search - any teammate with a territory set up will appear here
- Run your search as normal - results will include activity from all selected territories
To remove a teammate's territory from your search, click the X next to their name in the dropdown.
Things to Know
- This feature is only available to Admin users
- Only teammates who have a territory set up will be selectable in the dropdown
- You can select as many teammates as you need - there's no limit
- Clearing a selection removes that territory from your search without affecting the teammate's territory itself
Tip: Use this feature during team check-ins or pipeline reviews to quickly scan for activity across multiple reps' territories in one search - without having to switch between accounts or run separate searches.
