Cloverleaf Next: Meeting Detail Page

Whether you’re reviewing a lead from your Signals email, exploring campaign results, or researching a stakeholder, this page gives you the tools to assess, organize, and act.

What You’ll See at the Top

At the top left of the page, you’ll see key meeting info:

  • Meeting Name

  • Publication Date

  • Channel Name (e.g., “Denver City Council”)

  • Location (City, County, State)

If a video is available, it will appear in a video player here. If not, you’ll still be able to access the full transcript and other tools.

Transcript Tools (Below the Video)

Directly below the video player, you can:

  • Search the Transcript using a keyword bar

  • Download Full Transcript as PDF by clicking the download icon

  • Jump to Moments: Clicking any timestamp takes you to that point in the video

Each highlighted transcript snippet has three icons:

  • Copy: Copies the clip text

  • Bookmark: Save the moment for later and add notes

  • Share: Send via Email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams

Keyword Highlights & Campaign Context

On the right-hand side, you’ll see the keyword hits that matched your search or Campaign.

  • Clicking a keyword tile will jump directly to that moment in the transcript and video

  • This section shows all mentions that align with your saved Campaign terms, giving you fast insight into why this meeting surfaced

Insights, Contacts, and Opportunities

To the right of the transcript and keyword tiles, you’ll find several tabs to deepen your research:

  • Insights: Run a Personal Insight to generate a meeting summary tailored to your goals, competitors, or policy focus

  • Contacts: View elected officials or leadership tied to the meeting’s agency

  • Opportunities: See any AI-identified opportunities based on your keywords and filters
