Cloverleaf Signals: Campaign-Driven Email Alerts

Leads Delivered to Your Inbox

Cloverleaf Signals deliver curated leads from public government meetings straight to your inbox—customized around the keywords, locations, and topics that matter most to you. Whether you’re monitoring for opportunities, risks, or updates on your competitors or clients, Signals help you stay ahead with minimal effort.

What's in a Signals email?

  • Your Signals email will feature daily (or weekly) highlights from your saved Campaigns
  • AI-Generated summaries appear at the top of each Signals email. These quick recaps highlight the most relevant findings across your campaigns.
  • Summaries are designed to surface the items most likely to need your attention—saving you time and reducing the need to manually scan every result.

How to use Signals

  1. Open Your Signals Email

Every morning (or Monday if set to weekly), check your inbox for the latest updates.

  2. Scan the AI Summary

Quickly understand which issues, locations, or stakeholders are most active based on your campaigns.

  3. Review the Full List of Hits

Click any meeting title to open the full transcript in Cloverleaf.

  4. Jump to Key Moments

Each transcript snippet is timestamped—clicking on it will take you directly to that exact moment in the meeting video.

How to Subscribe to Signals

From the home page, you will find several recommended campaigns on the right hand side of the page below the search bar. For this tutorial we will use one of the Recommend Campaigns from the example below:

Select a recommended campaign and you will be taken to the search results page

From the search results page click Save New Campaign button next to the date filter

You will be prompted to create a Campaign Name and choose how often you’d like to receive email alerts (daily or weekly on Mondays). Once you have named your campaign, click Submit to save.

*Note: We will never send you more than one email per day for all of your subscribed campaigns.
