Edit Multiple Campaigns
Managing campaigns one at a time can be time-consuming, especially for teams running dozens of campaigns across multiple locations or product lines. The bulk edit feature allows you to update multiple campaigns simultaneously, saving time and ensuring consistency across your search criteria, alerts, and insight settings.
Bulk editing allows you to apply updates across selected campaigns, including:
-
Keywords
-
Alert frequency
-
Insight settings
-
Location filters
-
Demographic filters
-
Speaker filters
Each section can be updated independently using its corresponding Save button.

From the left navigation menu, click Campaigns. Use the checkboxes next to each campaign to select the campaigns you want to edit.Once two or more campaigns are selected, the Edit Many button will become active.
The first step is to choose which campaign will be used as the template for all of the other campaign edits. You must select a template campaign in order to pre-populate the fields of the campaigns.

Update the Desired Fields
Within the bulk edit form, you can update supported campaign settings and apply them across all selected campaigns. Each section of the form includes its own Save button so changes can be applied independently.

Confirm the Changes
Before applying updates, a confirmation modal will appear indicating that the changes will apply to all selected campaigns. Confirm the action to save the updates.
