How to Generate an AI Insight

If your organization subscribes to our AI insight feature, you have the option to generate a personalized insight on meetings.

To generate an insight on the meeting of your choice, open a meeting from one of your campaigns.

Personal Insights

To generate a personal insight, click on one of the Insight cards. A pop up will appear with the credit cost needed to create your personal insight. Your personal insight will appear next to the meeting for you to review and share.

Team Insights

Theses are all of the Personal Insights generated by your team members.

Channel Insights

Channel Insights allow you to identify trends across a single channel for a given time period. Our AI will review your goals and selected prompt to generate tailored reports, highlighting elected officials'  sentiment analysis, opportunities, or threats to your sales strategy for a specific location.

Insight Prompts

Key Takeaways: Main takeaways from the meeting and top points that you need to know

Meeting Summary: Meeting summary presented in an abstract format. This is great for an executive summary or internal memo.

Detailed Summary: Our most detailed option. This briefing includes the meeting attendees, meeting agenda points and discussions, elected official; and, if applicable, public comments and sentiment, and next next steps.

Quote Pulling: Key quotes from elected officials that you can search for in the meeting.

Competitors: Mentions of your competition.

Sales Insights: Tailored briefing for our government sales users. Identify the key opportunity stakeholder(s), strength of the opportunity, total award, and opportunity close date. 

Budget Research: Gain insight into a government's budget creation process and how decision makers assign funding to different departments. 

Policy Memo: Focused on providing detailed information in a concise policy memo format. Includes sections on the main takeaways, key speakers, and important decisions.

How to Set Up Your User Profile for AI Insights

Step 1: Click on the avatar in the lower left hand corner of the Cloverleaf AI app. Then click on your email address in the DropDown Menu

Step 2: Fill in the information in the "Job Title" and "Industry" sections.

Step 3: Use the plus button to add "Focus Areas" and "Competitors".

Pro Tips:

  • Use the same terminology that government officials will say (i.e. Next Generation 911, Next Gen 911, NG 911), avoiding business jargon or technical terms. 
  • Include different versions of your competitor(s) names  (i.e. Coke, Coca Cola, Coca-Cola)
