[Admin Tools](https://help.cloverleaf.ai/knowledge-base/admin-tools?hsLang=en) # Admin Tools for Managing Team Territories ## As an Admin, you can view, edit, build, and copy territories for any member of your team. This includes adding and removing channels individually, or uploading an entire territory at once via CSV. ### How to Get There Click the **Settings** icon in the lower left corner of the screen, then click **Territory**. ![](https://help.cloverleaf.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-02-2026-08-23-51-7739-PM.png?width=670&height=382&name=image-png-Sep-02-2026-08-23-51-7739-PM.png) --- ### **Viewing and Managing a Teammate's Territory** From the Territory page, use the **dropdown button on the right-hand side** to switch between team members. Use the dropdown at the top to select which teammate you're editing - you'll see a confirmation that you're editing their territory, not your own. From here you can: - Search for channels by name, type, or geography - Use **demographic filters** to narrow results by population or income level - Add channels one at a time by clicking **Add** - Select multiple channels at once using the **multi-select** option or **Select All** to add them in bulk - Remove individual channels as needed ![](https://help.cloverleaf.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-12-2026-06-45-38-3899-PM.png?width=670&height=240&name=image-png-Aug-12-2026-06-45-38-3899-PM.png) > **Tip:** Use Select All after filtering by a specific channel type and state to quickly build out a full territory for a new teammate in just a few clicks. --- ### **Bulk Uploading Your Team's Territories via CSV** For larger territory setups, use the **Team Bulk Upload** feature to upload an entire territory at once. 1. From the Territory page, click **Team Bulk Upload** 1. **Do not click "My Territory"** or you'll upload only to your own territory.  2. Download the **CSV template** - or use an existing spreadsheet as long as it matches the required column headers shown on the page 3. Fill in the territory data and include the teammate's email address being used for their Cloverleaf account 4. Upload the file - Cloverleaf will validate the data and flag any issues before importing 5. Review the preview and click **Confirm** to complete the import ![](https://help.cloverleaf.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-12-2026-06-46-18-7634-PM.png?width=557&height=820&name=image-png-Aug-12-2026-06-46-18-7634-PM.png) **Tip:** Download the CSV template first even if you have an existing territory spreadsheet - it shows you the exact column headers Cloverleaf requires so you can format your data correctly before uploading. ![](https://help.cloverleaf.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-3.png?width=585&height=401&name=undefined-3.png) --- ### **Copying a Territory to a Teammate** If you want to give a teammate the same channels as another user - or use an existing territory as a starting point - use the **Copy Territory** feature. This copies channels from one user's territory to another without making any changes to the original. 1. From the Territory page, click **Copy Territory** - located next to the Expand Territory button 2. In the modal that opens, select the **user whose territory you want to copy from** 3. Select the **user you want to copy the channels to** 4. Choose which channels to copy over - you can select one, multiple, or all channels 5. Click **Confirm** to complete the copy ![](https://help.cloverleaf.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-02-2026-08-30-32-3110-PM.png?width=670&height=487&name=image-png-Sep-02-2026-08-30-32-3110-PM.png) The selected channels will be added to the second user's territory. **Their existing channels will remain untouched - this is a copy, not a transfer.** > **Tips:** > > - Use Copy Territory when onboarding a new teammate in the same region as an existing user - it's the fastest way to get their territory set up without building it from scratch. > - It's also a quick way to transfer coverage when someone leaves and is replaced - just copy the former teammate's territory directly to their replacement so nothing falls through the cracks. --- *Questions?
