How to Share a Meeting Page

Choose your Meeting

Navigate to the meeting you’d like to share.

Select a Transcript Snippet

Find the specific snippet you want to highlight.

Each Share icon next to a snippet links to the same meeting page, but highlights a different section of the transcript.

Copy the Share Link

Once you click Share, a module will appear.

Use the Copy button to grab the direct link.

Send the Link
-
Share this link with anyone in your organization or external partners.

These links never expire and allow free access to view the shared content.

How to Create Your Free Cloverleaf Account
When someone clicks a shared meeting link, they’ll be taken to a Cloverleaf meeting page.
To access the video and transcript:

Enter your email at the bottom of the screen.

Create a free Cloverleaf account in just a few seconds.
Note for Free Users:

You can view shared content at any time.

Free accounts cannot search for other meetings or use AI features, but you will always have access to any content that’s shared with you.
Shared View Access Instructions
The shared view allows you to watch the meeting video and read the relevant transcript. To access this content, simply enter your email address in the textbox at the bottom of the page to create a free Cloverleaf account.
Once your free account is created, you’ll be able to view any content that has been shared with you.
Please note:

Free accounts cannot search for additional meetings or keywords.

Free accounts do not have access to AI-powered insights or other platform features.

However, free users can continue to view all shared content indefinitely.
