How to Update Your Territory
Your territory changes — new regions get added, priorities shift, and expansion happens. Keeping your Campaign location filters current ensures you're only seeing signals from the markets that matter to your business, and not missing opportunities in new ones.
All territory updates are made from the Campaigns page. Click the microphone icon in the left navigation menu from anywhere in Cloverleaf to get there. You'll land on the All Campaigns tab, where you can see every Campaign you're subscribed to - including ones you created and any assigned to you by your organization's admins.

From here, you can update location filters on a single Campaign or across multiple Campaigns at once.
How Location Filters Work
Location filters tell your Campaign where to look. Without any filters set, Cloverleaf will pull in meetings from every location it monitors across the country. Adding filters narrows that down to just the places you care about.
You can filter by State, County, or City - and the more specific you get, the more focused your results will be. Think of it like zooming in on a map: starting at the whole country, then a state, then a county, then a city.
The most specific selection always wins. If you pick Texas as your state but also add El Paso as a city, Cloverleaf will only show you results from El Paso - not the rest of Texas. This is by design, so you don't accidentally pull in more results than you want.
Picking multiple locations at the same level gives you more results, not fewer. If you select both Texas and New Mexico, you'll see results from either state. If you select both Dallas and Houston, you'll see results from either city. Think of it as "show me this place OR that place."
A few things to keep in mind:
- When you select a state, the county and city dropdowns will automatically update to only show options within that state - so you're never guessing whether a city belongs to the right area.
- When you select a county, the city dropdown narrows further to only cities within that county.
- If you're not sure where to start, select a state and narrow down from there. You can always come back and adjust.
Updating One Campaign
- From the Campaigns page, find the Campaign you want to update
- Click Edit under that Campaign
- Scroll to the location filters section
- Add or remove States, Counties, or Cities as needed
- Click Update to save your changes

Note: Selecting a County automatically narrows the City dropdown to only show cities within that County. Selecting a City overrides any County or State selections - only results from that City will be returned.
Updating Multiple Campaigns at Once
If you're expanding to a new region or reorganizing your territory, bulk editing lets you apply the same location filters across several Campaigns simultaneously - all from the Campaigns page.
- From the Campaigns page, use the checkboxes to select two or more Campaigns you want to update
- Click Edit Many - this button activates once two or more Campaigns are selected

- Choose a template Campaign to pre-populate the editing form
- Scroll to the location filters section and update States, Counties, or Cities as needed
- Click the Save button within the location filters section

- Confirm the changes in the modal that appears - updates will apply to all selected Campaigns
Note: Bulk edits cannot be undone. Review your location selections carefully before confirming.
Things to Know
- Each section of the bulk edit form has its own Save button - you only need to save the sections you've changed.
- Campaign names cannot be updated in bulk.
- You must select at least two Campaigns to use the Edit Many option.
- Changes apply to all selected Campaigns immediately upon confirmation.
Pro Tip: When expanding into a new state, use Edit Many to add the new state to all relevant Campaigns at once rather than updating them individually. This keeps your territory coverage consistent across your entire monitoring setup.
