Our search function allows you to quickly and easily find specific moments in government meetings by using keywords. This feature is especially useful if you're looking for a particular topic or discussion that occurred during a meeting.
Step 1: Enter Your Keyword(s)
To use our search function, simply enter your keyword(s) into the search bar. For example, if you're looking for a discussion on environmental policy, type that phrase into the search bar.
Step 2: Filter by Geography
You can filter your search by geography to focus on meetings that occurred in a particular location. To do this, select the geography you want to focus on from the dropdown menu.
Toggle on the Advanced Filters to search for specific cities, counties, or population size.
Step 3: Select the Date Range
You can also select the dates you want to search over by adjusting the date range. By default, the search function will only return results from the last 7 days. However, you can adjust the date range to search over a longer or shorter period of time.
Step 4: Review the Search Results
Our search function will return a list of results that match your search terms. The search function uses an or function for all search terms, which means that it will return any results that include at least one of the search terms.
Step 5: Expand Your Results
If you have too few search results, you can use additional keywords to expand your search. For example, if you searched for cloud center and received too few results, you could add the keyword cloud management to your search to further expand your results. Have the opposite problem?
Step 6: View the Moment in Context
Once you have found the moment you were looking for, you can click on the link to view the full meeting video. This will allow you to see the moment in context and understand the discussion that led up to it.
Using our keyword search function is an efficient and effective way to find specific moments in government meetings. By entering your keyword(s) into the search bar, filtering by geography, and selecting the date range, you can quickly find the information you need.
