The Insights Page is your central hub for reviewing all meeting summaries created by you and your teammates. Whether you’re tracking sales opportunities, policy implications, or competitor mentions, this page helps you organize and reuse valuable insights.
What You Can Do on the Insights Page
View and Manage Insights Across Your Team
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a full list of all insights generated by anyone in your organization.
Filter by Owner, Location, and More
Use the filters on the left to narrow your view:

Search Bar – Find insights by keyword, topic, or meeting name

Owner Filter – Limit results to insights created by you or a specific teammate

Location Filter – Filter by state, county, city, or channel
- Type Filter - Filter results by the type of Insight
Take Action on Any Insight

Click “Show Full Insight” to expand and read the full AI-generated summary

Click “Copy” (two rectangles) to copy the text to your clipboard for use in emails, notes, or bookmarks

Click “Download” (down arrow) to export the insight for offline use

Use the filtering tools to quickly surface insights by goal, region, or team member—perfect for sharing learnings or reviewing trends across accounts.
