Insights Page

How to Get There

Click the Insights icon in the left navigation menu from anywhere in Cloverleaf.

What You'll Find Here

The Insights page surfaces every AI-generated insight created by you and your teammates, including:

• Personal Insights - AI briefings generated from individual meetings
• Channel Insights - AI analysis generated across a Channel's full meeting history
• Bulk Analysis - Meta Analysis reports generated across multiple meetings for a specific territory or topic

Filtering Your Insights

Use the filters on the left side of the page to narrow down what you're looking at:

• Search Bar - Find insights by keyword, topic, or meeting name
• Owner Filter - Limit results to insights created by you or a specific teammate
• Location Filter - Filter by state, county, city, or channel
• Type Filter - Filter by insight type - Personal Insight, Channel Insight, or Bulk Analysis

Tip: Filter by Owner and Location together to quickly review everything generated for a specific teammate's territory - useful for team check-ins, account reviews, or onboarding new reps.

Viewing and Using Insights

Each insight in the list has three actions:

1. Click Show Full Insight to expand and read the complete AI-generated summary
2. Click the Copy icon (two rectangles) to copy the insight text to your clipboard - paste it directly into an email, a Bookmark note, or a report
3. Click the Download icon (down arrow) to export the insight for offline use

Channel Insights

For Channel Insights, click the name of the government body at the top of the insight to open that Channel's Detail Page - where you can see verified speakers, the video archive, document archive, and run a targeted search.

Bulk Analysis

Bulk Analysis reports generated through Meta Analysis are posted here alongside your other insights. Use the Type Filter to filter down to Bulk Analysis results only if you want to review territory-level reports separately from individual meeting insights.
