From the Search page, click the dropdown at the top that says Videos and change your selection to Purchases.
How to Search
You have four ways to search purchase data depending on what you're looking for:
Smart Search
Describe what you're looking for in plain English and Cloverleaf will surface the most relevant purchase records.
Keyword Search
Search by a specific term or phrase to find purchases that match your keywords across all available records.
Vendor Name Search
Search by a specific vendor or company name to find purchases made with that vendor - for example, "Ford Motor Co" or "Microsoft." Use this to track competitor activity, monitor existing vendor relationships, or find agencies already spending in your category.
Department Search
Search by a specific government department or agency - for example, "Fire Department" or "General Services Administration." Use this to understand what a specific department is purchasing and identify opportunities within their existing spend.
Filters
Narrow your results using the filters available on the search page:
- Price - Filter by purchase amount to focus on contracts within a specific spend range
- Location - Narrow by state, county, or city
- Channel - Filter by a specific government body
- Channel Type - Filter by government body type (City Council, State Agency, etc.)
Exporting Results
Click the Export button in the top right corner of the results page to download your current filtered list of purchase records. Cloverleaf will send you an email containing a download link for your export.
Tip: Apply your filters before exporting - the export will only include records matching your current selections, making it easy to pull a targeted list for a specific vendor, department, or territory.
