What is a Campaign?

A Campaign is a saved search - a set of keywords and filters that Cloverleaf monitors continuously. When new meetings contain your tracked terms, Cloverleaf alerts you via email so you never miss a relevant signal.


Creating a Campaign

The fastest way to get started is with a Recommended Campaign from the Home page.

  1. From the Home page, select a Recommended Campaign from the suggestions panel
  2. Review the search results page to confirm the keywords are relevant

  • Click Save Search next to the date filter
  • Enter a Campaign name
  • Choose your alert frequency: Daily or Weekly (Mondays)
  • Click Submit to save

*Note: We will never send you more than one email per day for all of your subscribed campaigns. We are very respectful and mindful of making sure our client’s inboxes are not overwhelmed with email notifications

 

Managing Your Campaigns

To access your Campaigns, click the microphone icon in the left navigation toolbar to open the Campaigns page.

Each Campaign has the following actions:

  • View — Opens the search results page showing keyword hits from the last 7 days
  • Edit — Expand the Campaign to add or remove search terms, adjust filters, or change your alert frequency. Click Save when finished.
  • Clone — Creates a copy of the Campaign. The cloned version appears at the top of your list.
  • Delete — Removes the Campaign from your account. You'll be prompted to confirm before it's deleted.
  • Assign — Assign a team member to receive notifications for this Campaign.

 

Viewing Your Organization's Campaigns

Click All Campaigns at the top of the Campaigns page to see every Campaign created by members of your organization — not just your own.

Subscribing to a Teammate's Campaign

  1. Find the Campaign you want to follow under All Campaigns
  2. Select the checkbox next to it
  3. Click Notifications in the toolbar near the top of the page
  4. Choose your preferred alert frequency
  5. Click Confirm to save

You're now subscribed and will receive alerts whenever that Campaign surfaces new results.

Pro Tip: Subscribe to campaigns created by your teammates to monitor overlapping opportunities — or create campaigns tracking competitor names to stay ahead of procurement conversations they may already be part of.
